In addition to working on the joint integrated regulatory processes, Carla served as Lead Federal Counsel regarding the Aboriginal Pipeline Group’s part ownership interest in the MGP;  the Imperial Oil Geotech Environmental Assessment; and funding partnerships (e.g. the Socio-Economic Impact Fund (SEIF)), providing financial assistance to impacted Indigenous groups in the negotiation of access/benefit agreements with Imperial Oil.
